Q: What method do you use for carpet cleaning?

Q: How soon can I walk on my carpet after it’s been cleaned?
A: Ideally try to keep any regular traffic such as pets and children off the carpet for a period of 5 hours. This gives the carpet enough time to dry naturally, although in many cases we will install ‘air movers’ to dramatically reduce the drying time. Please note that some carpets may feel slightly damp for up to 18 hours depending on the carpet fibre type and soiling condition. This is normal and will not cause any problems.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: Our regular pricing structure includes the moving of most light household items; for example: sofas, chairs, tables, televisions, etc; however, heavier pieces such as dressers, grandfather clocks, heavy wardrobes, computer workstations, etc are left in place, but can be moved and cleaned under, providing they have been previously emptied, for a small extra charge.
Q: Surely I should just pick the company that offers the lowest price?
A: No. There are many problems with low-cost services. The most common one is that they simply will not deliver a proper cleaning service - they remove the visible dirt but leave behind all the bacteria, pollen, perhaps shampoo and other chemicals that can cause health problems. Also, beware of companies that quote very low prices then add on "extras" once they are inside your house.
